J'ai eu deux mauvaises expériences. Une chose est sûre, je n'y retournerai plus! Il faudrait apprendre l'amabilité et les bases de la politesse à certains de vos employés (je ne parle malheureusement pas des plus jeunes). Il est évident que le sourire est en option pour certains mais un savoir-être correct pour ce genre de métiers est indispensable. Cela s'applique également face aux populations différentes! Vraiment déplorable.
