An ingenious concept. Did you know that in Switzerland, as in the rest of the world, a third of all food is lost on the way from the farm to your plate? An absurdity. Imagine the absurdity of food waste and its consequences in terms of exploited resources, labor and pollution. Imagine the impact of overproduction on the environment and society. Every morning at 6 a.m., delivery men make the rounds of bakeries to pick up the "fresh" bread from the day before and put it on sale, just like the aperitifs. Excellent idea and delicious bread.
