This is a high quality Swiss chocolate tradition. Durig also has the good taste to develop a fair and organic stamped range. The house offers a wide selection of chocolates, pralines, truffles and original specialties such as these chocolate platelets in the Valais petals or a chocolate vinegar to be discovered absolutely! The sharpened palaces will appreciate the original side of the "raw" chocolates developed without roasting the beans or overheating the ingredients, thus preserving a complete fruity aroma. Children particularly appreciate the collection of chocolate animals. And the real chocolate fans can deepen their knowledge and know-how through a visit to the chocolate shop or a chocolate casting workshop and pralian creation. And if you buy your chocolates in the shop that matches the workshop you will have a 10% reduction. Last good news, Durig has a new chocolate shop, on rue de la Mercerie 3, in the historic center of Lausanne, near the Place de la Palud.
