The Auberge de Lavaux is a very good restaurant in La Conversion, above Lutry, awarded by a gastronomic guide, and serving classic market cuisine with modern touches, prepared by Christophe Rod. Panoramic glass roof and in the summer, beautiful terrace in the shade of cypress trees.
