Tours of the historic building and cellar, and tastings of traditional Lavaux grands crus such as Domaine des Faverges, a certified organic chasselas Saint-Saphorin grand cru, AOC Lavaux, or innovative wines such as L'Évidence, pinot noir, also certified Swiss organic. Beautiful estate with unrivalled views over vineyards and Lake Geneva.
