The Museum is an institution offering the full range of unmissable Swiss specialties. Admittedly, it's not the best value for money in town, but you'll enjoy it in a Vaudois atmosphere. The setting is pretty and rustic, with red and white gingham tablecloths for the meat specialties, such as beef tenderloin heart fondue, charbonnade and entrecôte (from 200 to 500 g!), all served with the cellar's gratin, made with ten kinds of cheese. A real treat. The Charbonnade is excellent, and the service is good.

Super restaurant chaleureux et montagnard. Carte avec spécialités suisse. A essayer la "Charbonnade" avec le gratin maison aux fromages.
