Just a stone's throw from Chillon Castle, the Taverne restaurant has been taken over by Grill Mountain. Here's an ideal place to relax after a visit, in the rustic decor of the brasserie or behind the large picture windows of the veranda. The menu focuses on meats, including grilled meats, fondues and carpaccios. Some fish. The restaurant sometimes welcomes large groups visiting Chillon Castle.

Open every day except Tuesday. From 11:30 am to 3:30 pm and from 6 pm to 11 pm. Sunday from 11:30am to 10pm. Grilled beef 37 CHF.

Château situé dans un cadre fort sympathique. J'y suis resté plus de 4 heures, le lac et la montagne vu du château au couché du soleil, c'est juste sublime !

INCONTOURNABLE !!! Ce château est magnifique avec une très longue histoire de plusieurs phases de construction à suivre à l'aide du guide tout au long de la visite. L La Riviera Card vous donnera droit à 50% de réduction sur le billet. Vous pouvez y accéder avec le bus 201 (gratuit avec la Riviera Card) ou à pied le long du lac.

Monument incoutournable du bord du lac Léman du côté de Montreux qui vaut la peine d'y prendre un peu de temps pour le visiter. Retour au monde médiéval ce qui plaira également beaucoup aux enfants. Promenades sympas à faire depuis le château au bord du lac avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes environantes.
Castle set in a very charming setting (lake and mountains). Rooms varied and original. My interest for the site led me to 2 hours.
