LAITERIE DU PETIT DIABLE
All the flavours of the Swiss terroir and the valley of the Ormonts are highlighted in this cheese dairy, grocery store and delicatessen. Oh, hell! Gourmets will inevitably give in to gourmet delicacies in front of such a well-organized stall. Let's start with salty dishes, with cheeses (raclette) straight from the neighbouring mountain pastures, the house speciality, the Rompit des Diablerets (cow's milk cheese), the half and half fondue, sausages such as dried sausage and Valais dried meat, raw ham and round ham from Grandson. As for delicacies, the Ornomanche pie is a delight, milk jam and caramels make us melt with pleasure. And of course, the double cream of Gruyère can be taken away in 200, 300 or 500 gram jars.
