The crossing of the gorges of Orb offers a varied and sumptuous geological route: Natural pine groves of oregano and ancolies, serpolets, juniper, prêles, certain orchids, etc. In the Roche natural reserve at the Breaks Neige (commune of Ballaigues) and the botanical reserve (Communes, Orb, Montcherand, Les Key) several paths sail a rich and colourful nature. The Orb houses and nurtures a diverse and stealth fauna, such as trout, martin-fisherman, wagtail, the butternut, and some times a chamois, as well as the beaver in the gorges of the Orb.
