The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a kitchen that changes over the seasons and a search for taste and presentation worthy of a large table. Among the specialities, for example, are the Vaud tommes salad or poultry liver, the roast with invasive juice, a variety of clubs. The map is traditional but colorful and varied. Outdoor grills are also offered on summer weekends.
