You'll have to venture into the nooks and crannies of Sion to find L'Enclos de Valère, named after one of the castles that dominate the town. A magnificent spot at the top of Rue des Châteaux. en été, vous pouvez profiter de la terrasse bien décorée et très intimiste.
Comme le restaurant et sur la route des châteaux qui est très peu fréquentée par les voiture, vous pourrez manger au calme et profiter d'accéder rapidement aux châteaux avant ou après votre repas.
Par contre il n'est pas accessible à toutes les bourses. Compter aux alentours de 100.- par personnes pour une repas complet avec les boissons
