In the middle of the vineyards and close to a small lake much appreciated by the locals and summer visitors, this elegant restaurant run by Bernard Ricou offers gastronomic cuisine where the rigour of the selected products, the talent of the chef, the quality of the service and the setting make this place one of the best tables in the region. The cuisine is seasonal, with 6 menus throughout the year highlighting culinary treasures such as black Périgord truffles, morels, asparagus, Breton lobster, wild salmon, game in season, etc.
