In an authentic and flowery setting (its terrace is listed as one of the most beautiful in French-speaking Switzerland), Raymonde welcomes you in her traditional costume. Sometimes patois is spoken and people gather around a table to taste the best of the Val d'Hérens. 15 ans que je connais Raymonde, j'y étais encore le week-end dernier pour le Mardi-Gras.....et c'est toujours aussi bon et aussi festif ! C'EST LOUCHE !
