Here you can enjoy the most famous specialties of the Valais region in an exceptional, period setting. Cheese dishes take pride of place, with raclette available in five AOC mountain products, fondue in five varieties, as well as aromatic dried meat dishes, autumn brisolée (roasted chestnuts) and many traditional seasonal recipes. Several of the château's rooms are available for receptions, seminars or wine courses.
