One of Switzerland's finest products is its cheese, made with good Alpine milk. As early as the 1930s, regulars came here to pick up local produce from the farm. The tradition is respected, and here all the products come from the Swiss terroir. You can order your own cheese platter, buy your own Gruyère double cream to delicately pour over your meringues, and of course the fondue preparations are succulent. Everything is done to ensure you have a good meal, and the cheese dairy has fondue pots at your disposal.
