L'office de Tourisme de Saas-Fee se trouve quasi au centre du village piéton.
Les personnes sont très accueillantes et parlent aussi bien l'allemand que le français et l'anglais. Le fait que la station de Saas-Fee (tout comme Zermat) est interdite au voiture, permet de se déplacer à pied ou en taxi électrique sans aucune nuissance.
