Established in one of the oldest buildings on the square, this trendy restaurant has a poetic name! The ideal place for a gourmet break. Meat is the star here, and you won't be disappointed by the quality. For lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers a wide range of tapas accompanied by local wines. In the morning, enjoy a coffee on the sunny terrace. La Vache qui Vole also offers two guest rooms renovated in 2020, overlooking the Martigny vineyards and Château de la Batiaz from the courtyard.
