You are here in the den of the wine specialist. You can choose from nearly 200 wines that honour the house specialities: lamb fillet and its crumble, mint juice, veal sweetbreads with mountain honey and melting apricots or coq au vin à l'ancienne. Particularly recommended on cold days! This restaurant was one of the pioneers in the Portes du Soleil to offer true Alpine gastronomy back in 1953. Since then, the tradition has been perpetuated and the recipes have been enriched without ever betraying the originals!
