Certainly one of the best in the region, among the good addresses of Michelin and Petit Smart. The hotel has 3 dining rooms with the same decoration: L'Occitane, L'Orangerie, Le Clos Lavender. The chef's cuisine honours the local flavours. We do not resist grilled meats or homemade risottos. Foie gras pan with balsamic vinegar, Italian beef carpaccio, grilled whole wolffish with Mediterranean scents are some of the specialties of the house.

J'ai mangé ce resto à Payene. Mention particulière pour leur foie gras poêlé. Superbement présenté. Tellement délicieux.
