This is a corner of Italy in Neuchatel! This new piadineria in the centre is held by real Italians who offer artisan piadines prepared in tradition, but also tigellas. The Piadina Rimini is exceptional (with vintage ham of Parma, squacquerone cheese and rockets). Mozzarella to be mad, ham, mortadella, rocket, tomato, gorgonzola, bresaola: all ingredients are imported from Italy, a true delight. You will have to eat in front of the lake (which is unpleasant) because there is no table, here it is all to take.
