Situated in the centre of Neuchâtel in the middle of the "Rog de Vauseyon" (astonishing area of Wild Gorges crossing the dwellings and leading to the medieval village of Valangin), this former 17 th-century brewery, renovated in accordance with its history, offers splendid rooms, all different as well as a gourmet restaurant led by Jean-Yves Drevet (in Gault and Millau). Here the history and modern comfort blend perfectly with a result that is unique to the dream, to simple pleasures, and to rest despite its centrality. The restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Neuchâtel.

Hôtel très agréable : 10 chambres, accueil souriant, bon service, grande chambre, très agréable, très propre, literie impeccable. Environnement et cadre très agréable (verdure, ruisseau, moulin). Un bus pour le centre de la ville a son arrêt à proximité (l'accès au centre à partir de l'hôtel se fait en descendant).

Address deserving a visit, hidden along the river, in an old mill. Very classy restaurant à la carte attractions decor… and the wallet necessary. But inventive cuisine for a meal during a special event. The hotel rooms make you forget the suites of the " establishments; normalisés"!
