Fromagerie à 1000 mètres d’altitude
Nichée au cœur des Franches-Montagnes, cette fromagerie produit et affine la Tête de Moine depuis 1995. Ce fromage traditionnel fait partie des produits du terroir jurassien. La qualité des herbages des hauts-plateaux confère à ce fromage son goût authentique. Visite intéressante, dégustation. Et si par malheur vous souhaitez une Tête de Moine en dehors des heures d’ouverture, il y a un petit chalet à droite de l’établissement pour l’achat en self-service.
