Located above the art gallery of the Patrizio Patelli Foundation, the Caffè dell'Arte is a charming boutique B&B hotel housed in one of the city's historic houses. It houses just eight rooms and one suite, all different, very well decorated according to themes, some eccentric or Africanized, but always tasteful, modern and cosy. Breakfast, based on fresh local produce, is served in the café's wonderful inner courtyard. Plus: the art gallery in the central space.
