At Julien Binz, we sit in a cosy atmosphere placed under the sign of Fragonard (wall fresco) enhanced by mouse gray woodwork. The whole gives an impression of great bourgeois class. Table: 35 place settings, no more, reservations are essential! Depending on the season and the chef's inspiration, you can savor, for example, a half-cooked veal as a tartar, a lobster medallion with spinach ravioli and Gruyere broth or a squab breast with foie gras and tonka bean. The whole thing provides a feeling of visual and gustatory ecstasy.

Accueil chaleureux, trop empressé cependant.
Service rapide, parfois même un peu trop: on aimerait prendre le temps de goûter chaque instant. A la fin du repas, nous sommes salués par le chef en personne.
Les plats, remarquables d'invention, de présentation originale, sont une fête pour les yeux et un enchantement pour le palais.
Les vins, dont nous avons laissé le choix au sommelier, sont tous remarquables.
En somme, une table à recommander absolument.
