For almost 20 years, the Brotherhood of Friends of Ammerschwihr and Kaefferkopf has been organising a wine and food fair in the commune in a truly festive atmosphere. If Alsace wines are obviously the star, other good wines from various wine-growing regions in France and around the world are also in the spotlight. On the programme for the festivities: free concerts, tartes flambées and gastronomic tastings under the aegis of the Commanderie des Cordons Bleus de France Délégation d'Alsace.
