Independent winemakers on a family farm of 8.5 ha. Wine bar, planks, great wines worth the trip.
Josiane Griss is a member of the diVINes d'Alsace, a group of 50 winegrowers, sommeliers, wine merchants and oenologists. In 2004, she took over the family estate of 8.5 hectares. Since 2020, it is certified AB. Her vines are on the outskirts of Ammerschwihr, with excellent terroirs on the Kaefferkopf in particular. The eponymous gewurtztraminer is a hit. The little plus of the domain? The Griss Bar set up in the wine cellar and run by Marion, the niece of the winemaker. From Thursday to Saturday, you can taste local and seasonal dishes washed down with good wines.
