Certified organic, this estate, rebuilt after the war, boasts hillside and terrace plots, notably on the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf, from which the delicious Trilogie (gewurztraminer, riesling, pinot gris) is made. Christophe and Nathalie are very active in wine tourism: concerts in the winery, twilight strolls through the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf vineyards, winegrower's picnics at Whitsuntide, themed tasting workshops. Reservations essential.

The rest is very well too. Crémants is better widely than much Champagne much more expensive!
