A little off-center, the Palace of Culture with its Arab-Muslim architecture was inaugurated in 1984 to house the Ministry of Culture and to host cultural and scientific events (exhibitions, concerts, conferences, fairs...). Beautiful view on the city, the bay and the districts of Kouba and Hussein-Dey since the terrace of this splendid place set up on the plateau of el-Annasser. You will also find there a very beautiful and well maintained garden which it is good to walk. A parking lot is at the disposal of the visitors.
