A simple little café on a side street in the Casbah. It consists of a few chairs at the entrance, where locals chat for hours. The atmosphere is very typical of the Casbah. Yacine Boussoufa, the owner, is very friendly and you'll be able to talk to him for a long time about the neighborhood and Algeria in general. You can also eat typical dishes on the premises for very little money: mechouia salad, boureks, French fries... But the real specialty is sardines à l'escabèche.
