With the bankruptcy of Air Namibia, the company WestAir is gradually taking over and offers some domestic flights (Walvis Bay, Ondangwa) as well as regular connections to Cape Town and Johannesburg, with a good reliability of service. Flights usually depart from Hosea Kutako International Airport, but this arrangement can be changed at any time, as the airline industry in the region is unstable. Be sure to check beforehand to make sure you don't get the wrong airport, as it's a 45 minute drive to the international airport.
