AMANI LODGE
This charming lodge, 2 150 m high, offers a 360 ° panorama of the Khomas Hochland mountains and is the highest house in Namibia! In this oasis of tranquillity, the French owner Alain Houalet welcomes his hosts for a unique experience with lions, cheetahs and leopards. It is possible to stay on site and enjoy one of the comfortable rooms in the refined decoration, from the restaurant to international cuisine with a subtle French touch.
Activities. In cooperation with the Avaloq Conservation Fund Foundation, this lodge acts as a rehabilitation centre for large carnivores. Animals are visible daily in their natural space (no cages but large pens). At a specific time, you can watch the meal of the leopard, cheetahs and couple of lions before attending the sunset, a glass of champagne by hand. There is also an observatory with two powerful telescopes: nothing like this to head the head in the stars and admire planets and galaxies!

Lovely bird song every morning.Very kind and friendly staff.
