Established in 1989, the National Theatre of Namibia is a public institution whose aim is to promote the development of the dramatic arts in Namibia. Its programming is in fact broader than just the theatre and allows the audience to attend concerts and exhibitions of all kinds, often putting young local artists at the forefront of the stage. However, the frequency of events is very variable and you have to go to the Facebook page to not miss anything.
