ST. MARY'S CATHEDRAL
St. Mary's Cathedral in neo-Romanesque style, a colorful church flanked by two quadrangular twin towers.
Built between 1906 and 1908 in the Romanesque Revival style, St. Mary's Cathedral is the mother church of the Archdiocese of Windhoek. A beautiful church with acidulous colours, its facade integrates a porch preceded by three semicircular arches, surmounted by an arcature and a triplet. It is flanked by two quadrangular twin towers rising on four levels and crowned by white-painted spires. Two oculi and geminated bays with sound shades are provided in each of the two towers. Next stage of the walk after the meteorites.
