Heinitzburg Street is bordered on both sides by the former residences built by Wilhelm Sander for German high society at the turn of the century: Schwerrinsburg (1894), Heinitzburg (1908) and Sanderburg (1911). All three are privately owned and unfortunately not open to the public. The Heinitzburg is now a luxury hotel, rated Relais & Châteaux. However, you can ask for a tour of the property, provided you have at least one drink on the premises, which is well worth it, especially for a sunset over the city.
