Acquired in 1937, the 12,000-hectare estate offers 46 comfortable rooms, a restaurant and bar, two swimming pools and even a private bowling alley. "Midgard" would mean in English patois "A paradise where the earth rises up again, fertile and green, a protected and safe world for mankind". That says it all.
