REHOBOTH MUSEUM
Museum with a collection of stones of the region and archaeological pieces tracing the history of the Baster people.
The Rehoboth Museum is the former post office built in 1903. Renovated and opened to the public in 1986 by the autonomous government of Rehoboth (since disappeared), this museum houses a unique collection of stones and minerals from the region. Another part of the building displays archaeological finds from the surrounding area as well as historical testimonies of the history of the Baster people and their most important personalities. It is a quick tour, but it is an interesting stopover on the way to the South, if you have time.
