Historic hotel with simple rooms with decent comfort.

The Maltahöhe is worth a visit for its unique atmosphere. It is a historic hotel. Inside, there is a small museum with period pictures showing the history of the city and its inhabitants, as well as a souvenir shop. The garden around the swimming pool is a beautiful place to relax. The rooms, simple, have been renovated and offer a good level of comfort. Excursions can be arranged in the surrounding area, including a day trip to Sossusvlei via Sesriem and Duwisib Castle, and the owners are not short on advice.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sehr sauber, leckeres Essen und gut gekühlte Getränke. Für einen Zwischstopp genau das richtige.

Wir hatten hier Rast auf der Weiterfahrt durch das schöne Namibia. Superfreundlich, es wird deutsch gesprochen... auch wenn man es sich nicht vorstellen kann, bzw. erwartet, der Kartoffelsalat mit Bratwurst waren Super, aber der Salat mit Ei und Hähnchen steht dem nicht nach. Alles frisch & lecker.
