Kulala Lodge and its little brother Little Kulala are located near the private entrance to the reserve in Sesriem Park. The landscape is dominated by the Namib dunes and from a distance the camp looks like a Bedouin camp in the middle of the sands. A dozen luxurious chalets are equipped with an outdoor shower and a raised terrace where it is possible to spend the night under the stars. A large, cool communal area and a swimming pool are a great place to enjoy after a day's excursion. The lodge also serves as a base for hot air balloon flights.
