A very comfortable camp in the middle of the bush with 20 beautiful safari tents equipped with bathrooms.

For those who cannot afford Sossusvlei Lodge, here is a very comfortable camp in the middle of the bush. Located about 5 km from the entrance to the park, it offers 20 beautiful safari tents equipped with bathrooms and a superb view of the arid Namib mountains. A bar and a swimming pool are available for guests to cool off. Each tent has a kitchenette with a veranda and barbecue, which is very practical, although access to the Sossusvlei Lodge is possible. There is a wide range of activities on land and in the air.

superbe
grand bungalow avec petite cuisine extérieure protégée. Belle salle de bain et vue splendide sur le désert (quel bonheur le matin au lever !) un havre de paix pour se reposer après la matinée à sossusvlei par plus de 40° et profiter un peu de la piscine pour se rafraichir.
très propre et calme. Personnel accueillant
très bien situé à 10 min de l'entrée du parc (on peut rentrer plusieurs fois dans le parc avec le même billet journée et donc profiter du coucher de soleil sur elim dune)
Le soir vous pouvez manger à Sossusvlei lodge (cher mais hautement recommandable !

Situé à proximité du camp principal, Desert Camp offre toutes les commodités: habitat en dur couvert d'une paillote , vaste salle de bain, petite terrasse avec barbecue. Piscine et bar pour admirer les couchers du soleil. Pas de restaurant. Wifi correct au bar. Proche de l'entrée du Parc.
