Formerly Solitaire Lodge, this ochre-toned lodge, adjacent to the Solitaire gas station, offers 25 spacious, air-conditioned rooms around a delightful garden and small central pool, a few bungalows and a camping area. You can enjoy breakfast and dinner at the Van Der Lee café and watch the sunset from the terrace. The small village of Solitaire, crowded during the day by the many travelers who stop here on their way, becomes a peaceful, star-filled oasis at nightfall.

Endroit inattendu et plein de charme qui surgit au milieu de rien. Une boulangerie, une épicerie une station service et un bar restaurant (attenant au lodge et au camping) vous voici arrivés à Solitaire ! sans oublier un terrain d'atterrissage ...
Nous avons utilisé le camping qui est géré également par le lodge. Tarif défiant toute concurrence à 150 N$ par personne, Wifi gratuit. La piscine est réservée aux clients du lodge.
Un endroit très agréable où faire une pause, je recommande.

Hôtel incroyable et magnifique au milieu de rien. De vieilles carcasses de voiture sont exposées. Les chambres sont correctes. La piscine est propre. Les diners sont copieux, le petit déjeuner très simple. Un petite boutique bien achalandée et même une boulangerie. et la station service. Endroit où il faut absolument séjourner !!
