LAGOON AND ESPLANADE
The lagoon extends over several kilometers and is considered the most important wetland site in southern Africa.
Over several kilometres, various viewpoints have been laid out to contemplate the flamingos accompanied by hundreds of birds (more than 40 species of seabirds). It is a bit like the "croisette" of Walvis Bay. This lagoon is considered to be the most important wetland in South Africa sheltering seabirds. The most interesting is at the end of the lagoon (indicated), which is decorated with many posters. It is also a popular spot for kite-surfers, especially beginners, who can enjoy a steady wind and a spot where you can walk everywhere.

Une petite vision de riviera.
Il est très facile d'y observer les flamants roses et nains, ainsi que les pélicans.
