The shopping centre is designed in harmony with the environment and offers 38 luxury apartments linked to the Platz am Meer Waterfront, surrounded by walks and playgrounds for children. Given the growth of Swakopmund, the need for a replacement point of sale in that part of Namibia was evident. A good reason to spend time there.
