Here you will find one of the branches of the national tourism company, NWR. This may be useful if you have not had time to visit its headquarters in Windhoek. However, all booking procedures can be done online on the NWR website, with the exception of the purchase of park entry permits, which can be obtained either in the NWR shop or at the park gate. Passing here will allow you to cut the lines of cars at the entrance of the parks: useful not to lose a second in game drive in the morning.
