MILE 72 REST CAMP
Rudimentary camping on Cape Cross beach, popular with Namibian and South African fishing enthusiasts.
Very popular among Namibian and South African fishing enthusiasts, this rudimentary campsite, which requires a high degree of autonomy (only showers and toilets can be found here), is located directly on the immense beach, fortunately sheltered from the pestilential smell of the sea lion colony of Cape Cross. The atmosphere of South African and Namibian fishermen obliges, it is not the ideal place for a night in the silence of the coast, the latter appreciating in general particularly the evenings well sprinkled with music with bass sounds.
