Lodge in a fort with lush garden and swimming pool in Sesfontein. Possibility to camp in complete security.
This strange fort with its colourful garden and gigantic palm trees seems to be a poor imitation of a Moroccan fort. It is however a pure product of the German colonial administration, transformed in 1985 into a hotel establishment. Around the lush garden, the rooms offer the luxury of marble bathrooms and teak wood panelling. The fort also offers the possibility to camp safely. The swimming pool is very enjoyable on hot days.

déplorable
chambres louées "deux" fois nous avons dormis chambres de chauffeurs certains sous la tente dans le jardin pour un lodge de luxe aux chambres confortables ... A déconseiller

Dommage de qualifier ce lodge de luxe dans votre guide...Surbooking régulier, manager qui se cache pour éviter les problèmes...La qualité des chambres aperçues n'est pas luxe, je dis aperçue car nous avons dormi dans une des habitations réservées aux chauffeurs tout comme un autre couple, d'autres on dormi dans une tente au milieu du jardin et d'autres ont dû faire 40 kms de piste pour un autre hébergement....Tout cela payé au prix fort pour ce pays. Personnel tendu et ambiance pas top....Ce serait bien de mettre à jour vos infos dans le guide..
