Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Anfahrt ist ein Abenteuer ka, aber nicht so schlimm wie von einigen Bewerbern dargestellt zumal die Beschreibung zur Anfahrt sehr gut ist. Zusätzlich wurden wir telefonisch auch noch einmal vor der Ankunft kontaktiert, was sehr zuvorkommend war. Das Team war auch während des Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Anlage sehr schön und die Tiere ein wahres Erlebnis! Einzig die Zimmer der günstigsten Kategorie könnten etwas besser gegen Lärm isoliert sein und die Scheiben an allen Seiten gegen Helligkeit mit Gardinen geschützt sein. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Katastrophe. Am Telefon will sie nicht helfen, online geht es nicht weil es am selben Tag nur telefonisch geht, ruf ich wieder an sagt sie es ist unter Bauarbeiten. Also wollen die oder können die nicht arbeiten? Oder wissen die nicht was sie für ein camp haben

Die Google- Koordinaten, sowie die angegebenen 24km Entfernung von der Lodge/ Bush Camp, stimmt in keinster Weise überein. Von der Hauptstr. sind es 31km und durch den sehr schlecht zu befahrenden Weg, (nur mit 4x4 möglich), ist es eine Fahrzeit von 1,5 Std.! Ferner gibt es unterwegs 2 Tore, die nur mit einem Code zu öffnen sind, der uns bei der Anreise jedoch nicht mitgeteilt wurde.(Schnitzeljagd).Wir mussten diese telefonisch bei der Lodge erfragen.

“Amazing service with a genuine smile.”

We flew to Outjo and stayed at Kifaru for only one night. Tresia was a great hostess and the food was excellent. Amber went out of her way to take me to the airstrip to attend to a flat tyre on the plane, when I didn’t have anything to offer her.
