Lodge with a swimming pool, thatched chalets made of local materials, a bathroom and a veranda.

The accommodation consists of 10 stylish chalets made of local materials with thatched roofs, bathroom and individual verandah. The interior is a bit old-fashioned but still relatively comfortable and the beds are equipped with mosquito nets. Good food (a la carte restaurant), quality wine cellar with many South African wines. Swimming pool, bar-lounge, hiking trails: whether you are sporty or looking for relaxation, you will find what you are looking for. There are also several camping pitches available at an unbeatable price.

The lodge and rooms are nice and the campsite is well developed. Pricing is good including the restaurant. The campsite lack housekeeping and maintenance. We stayed for two nights and ask personnel to clean the campsite facilities after the first night. Nothing visible was done. No detail housekeeping took place - window panes, work benches, shower floors, wash basins etc.

Ehrliches Road-House mit hervorragenden Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.
Zu dem günstigen Preis kann man halt nicht zu viel verlangen.
Aber die Leute sind sehr freundlich, und die Anlage als solche ist aufwändig gestaltet.

Nettes Personal und eine gute Anlage, Toiletten, WLAN, Trinken, Essen alles vorhanden leider etwas nah an der Hauptstraße deshalb Autos zu hören.
Top um auf dem Weg zum Etoscha eine Nacht zu verbringen.
