This camp, located on the banks of the Kwando River, is managed by the Kwando Safeguard Committee. Accommodation is either in standard camping (3 pitches with health, kitchen and corners in common, no electricity, water at disposal, but think of bringing its drinking water supplies) or exclusive (three pitches each with toilet, sink and hot showers, as well as a braai corner (barbecue) and a private terrace 3 m high, overlooking the terrace. the river Kwando).
Proposed activities. Visit of the national park Bwabwata, observation of the rich wild fauna around and in the camp, hippos, elephants.
Local population. Agreement between the Ministry of Environment and Tourism and local communities, allowing the only communities to install two camps in the park. All benefits go to the local population and to the conservation of wildlife.
