CHOBE RIVER CAMP, GONDWANA COLLECTION NAMIBIA
Lodge located on the Botswana Highway at Katima Mulilo, with canvas cabins on stilts, on the banks of the Chobe River.
Renovated in 2024, this lodge is, at the very least, an essential stopover on the way to Botswana, before crossing the border 4 km away. Zebra, elephant, wildebeest and antelope regularly pass through the area. The 20 canvas chalets on stilts on the banks of the Chobe River, blended into the natural beauty of the landscape, are an invitation to contemplation. You go to bed with the roar of the lions in the distance and wake up to the sunrise in front of your bed.

The ratings and reviews below reflect the subjective opinions of members and not the opinion of The Little Witty.
Camping place is not far from the main road and we were disturbed by the sound of the cars which contrasts with the peace of the scenery.
We were sharing the camping spot with other people but that wasn't an issue as the ablutions are really nice and comfortable.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. It was great having you here and we look forward to being your host again in the future.
Sincerely,
Angelique
We appreciate your review and appreciate your honest feedback. We regret that we could not meet your expectations but we are glad that you enjoyed the majority of your stay.
You might have missed the electrical point which is located on the side of the braai place.
We hope to welcome you back sometime in the future.
Kind regards
Angelique
Edit: after having read a lot of other feedbacks, maybe I am a little spoilt because I have been travelling Namibia for two weeks now, and (almost) never felt the way I did today!
