Just a stone's throw from the metro, this restaurant, which dates back to 1928, specializes in tempura, but also serves ramen. Prices are very reasonable for the area and the quality of the food. Perfect for a quick bite to eat before heading off on a tour! For the record, hage means bald. As the owner didn't have much hair, the restaurant was nicknamed "hageten", the bald man's tempura. The name stuck, and brought him good luck, as there are now numerous stores all over Japan.
